All merchandise was shipped in a timely manner. I received what I ordered. There were 2 wigs that I ordered that were the correct color but, too dark for me. The contacts at Wigs and Hair Direct replied to my email for return instructions promptly. They accepted my return and replacement with no hassles. --(Now don't expect them to accept a return if it's been altered in any way)--Also, unlike other (Wig) websites, I was offered a refund if I wanted. As was reasonable, I paid for return postage and to my surprise and delight, my exchange order was shipped at no charge. I also had an item backordered. When the backordered item became available, I received a call and was "asked" if I still wanted the item and it was shipped the same day. As you can probably tell, I was very pleased with the professionalism I encountered from this website. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Thanks.
